Well im happy to report i have lost 21.4 lbs. I was 212 lbs and now im 190.6 lbs. I am looking for ways to tone my tummy area. I still get asked if im pregnant after having 2 kids . I love everything on my body just wish my tummy was smaller. I also am looking for excercies i can do in a RV if need be. We are living in a RV while we build our forever home and it won't be done for awhile. Once the house is done ill have all my exercise equipment from treadmill to bike to weights and punching bag and room to do cize and yoga. I know calories are important to but i having been logging anything all i been doing is small portions and not much junk food and lots of water.
