Ovulation after miscarriage

Will you definitely ovulate after a miscarriage? I have mild pcos, I miscarried at 7 weeks on July 12th.we started trying again on July 14th. I rarely get periods and don't typically ovulate on my own, I had to go on clomid to get pregnant. We have been baby dancing just about everyday since. A few days ago my breasts were slightly hurting for a little bit, I had some twinges in my right side and today I'm starving. Idk I'm seeing a specialist in a week anyway since I had my 3rd miscarriage in a row.just wondering if if have to go back on clomid.
