Bad news😔

So I’ve been through the fertility work up and everything came back for me great and the my boyfriend had low sperm count low motility and 1% morphology. Everything I read on the internet says the only way to get pregnant is through IVF and icsi which is very expensive. We have a follow up appointment October 1st to see our options. Has any one been through this ? Is there medication to get his sperm better ?
