So I will be 39 weeks on Monday (2 days!) and after 39 weeks we are ready for her to come! I’m about 1 cm and lost my mucus plug 2 days ago and so far nothing (which is good because we want to wait until after the 39 week mark) but once we hit Monday I want to try to naturally induce if I can. I plan to walk my dog daily, and have sex (hubbys excited for that lol) but I’m not sure what else to try! I asked my doctor and all he said was “whatever makes you contract” which didn’t really help much as this is my first and I have no idea what will. I know not to use castor oil. So what other things would you ladies suggest other than walking and sex??
