Growth spurt/cluster feeding? Please help!!

Baby is 15days old today and the second he wakes up he’s crying for the boob, I will nurse him and he passes out and the cycle repeats every hour! He won’t stay awake after and if he is awake he is fussing, rooting and crying. He hasn’t stopped since like 6am... Every thing I’ve read about cluster feeding is that it generally sticks to a period of the day- but his has been ALL day non stop.... is this normal? Or should I be concerned something is wrong?
