If you meet a man, who cheated on his women to be with you, then left her to be with you, could it ever work? Or would you then always have trust issues knowing he can cheat!

It’s not a situation where « oh he changed, the cheating was in the past » kinda thing because he literally chested on his wife/gf to be with you. That shows he doesn’t have remorse. You’ll get hit by karma when he leaves you for the next best thing.

Personally... I would ALWAYS have trust issues. Even though he left her for you, what happens when someone else comes along and the same thing happens. The doubt would plague me and it would be very had to make that work. But I’m sure it’s different for everyone.

I think It depends on the circumstance and people involved. Ive never cheated in my life...until i was in a desperate situation and couldnt get out of a bad relationship. I honestly dont think i couldve gotten out without having done that. He was shaken up enough that he let me go that night. The next morning he tried getting me back but then i had my other guy to help me stay strong. And now we're married and were expecting our first. So i do think its possible for someone whose cheated to be in a functional relationship after. Once a cheater, always a cheater is not true in every case. 
I would at the very least distance myself. Not let my feelings get too involved. But if you see the potential that hes a good guy and you feel its worth it, theres no harm in getting to know him better. Without sex. Hard not to get emotions after sex.

If he wanted to be with you, he should’ve broken things off with his gf/wife before starting something with you. I wouldn’t have been able to get involved with a guy in a relationship.

Every situation is different, i actually left my ex for my SO (love of my life) however i did technically cheat. I would have trust issues about it. I even talked to him about this and asked if he is okay with it beforehand.  if he would think of me differently.
