3 month fever❗️❗️

My son will be 3 months old on Monday and I felt him and he felt warm so I took a rectal temperature and it was 99.6°f.. I gave him 2ml of Tylenol... I’m unsure of what to do besides give him the Tylenol. He’s been acting fine I just noticed he felt warm and took the temperature
