Here is something for you to try. Before I get up in the morning and go to the bathroom I take my temp vaginally. I also keep my basal body thermometer in its case beside my body all night to keep it my body temperature so it's not cold when I use it in the morning. I noticed that using a cold basal body thermometer and testing orally gave me sporadic readings. My mouth is usual cold when I wake up and a cold thermometer throws my readings way off.  My basal body thermometer readings have been much more accurate and not all over the place since making these two changes.

Those are big dips and rises, so it’s possible you’re not temping consistently enough. If you’re temping super accurately, it’s possible you’re not-you’ll need a full cycle of data to know more.

Not necessarily it COULD mean you have a progesterone deficiency which is why your temps dont stay up. But it could also mean you aren't temping consistently.
