Is it possible to have a period when your pregnant?

My period came early this month. That’s NEVER happened before. It’s usually on time or a little bit late. This time it was 4 days early. Very light and short compared to my regular periods. It only last 2 maybe 3 days and was extremely light compared to my normal. I’ve had extreme mood swings lots of lower back pain and all of a sudden tonight I’ve become extremely nauseous and started puking but have no symptoms of any type of sickness. Just nausea and puking. Just sent hubby to get some tests just in case but is it even possible to have a period and be pregnant? The blood was red not pink so I feel like I couldn’t be implantation? Because I though implantation was pink and was like just the tiniest bit of spotting. Where as I had light bleeding for 2-3 days. I’m so confused. I have NEVER gotten sick like this except for when I was pregnant. Please help!!!!!
