Sent to the wrong person

So in a rush at work I accidentally sent this

to my MANAGER 😩 today. I screamed, scaring the crap out of everyone in lobby, ran to the office and called out him. Luckily he didn’t hear his phone go off before my frantic call. He deleted the screenshot without reading it. Now he wants to know what I sent him.
