Chinese birth control

Hi friends. I hope you are all well. I have a challenge and I need your help to clarify. Anyone one here used the Chinese contraceptive pill? What side effects were you faced with? Also, does it truly cause permanent infertility? Kindly respond with your experiences, I really need to understand this, I've been using it and a friend of mine told me that it causes permanent infertility, I'm really scared and worried
