Intial stage of pcos

Im 22 .Yestrday i got my tests done as i was getting dark brown sometimes dark brownish reddish period. My periods havnt missed just 1 day late. My dr says i have initial stage of pcos. Im kg above my normal wt. I dont have any symptoms. Can i get back to normal if i loose my weight.. will atkins deit help in that? How can i get rid of it. Im ttc
