Sickness before labour ?

40 weeks and 3 day , last night I threw up so bad and this morning I am still feeling pretty nauseous and had increased bowl movements , is this finally a sign that labour will be soon ?

it was for me. I was in back labor all day yesterday. threw up so many times and got really dehydrated. anytime I drank anything to try to rehydrate myself it came right back up within mins. ended up giving birth last night. fingers are crossed for you. Good Luck!
