Is she lying?

ATTENTION EVERYONE I NEED HELP! 
So someone i work with claims her daughter needs a double lung transplant. Her daughter is Thin and looks heathy. Shes 13. Since working there shes said shes pregnant, she miscarried, she has ovarian cancer, and the bomb shell is her daughter is schduled for a double lung transplant October 30th 2018 at 1pm. So my question is, is she lying? Her daughter goes to school, runs, and nothing seems wrong with her. You know? My other coworkers and i think shes bluffing but she tells everyone about it. She has stated that a little girl died for her daughter and they froze her lungs? Can they even do that? I call complete bullshit.

I have met people that are compulsive liars. It is an attention seeking thing. The best way to deal with this is to ignore her. If she asks for money or a fundraiser tell her you want to see the doctor bill to make sure they didn’t overcharge. I knew at least 2 people who were my parents coworkers that lied about their children being extremely ill for attention or financial support. It is sick and definitely a mental disorder. 
To answer your question, yes she is lying about everything you mentioned. Especially the lung transplant.

They don’t freeze lungs or any organ for transplant, it has a matter of hours it must be transplanted into the recipient. She’s definitely lying

I dont know the details really but my aunt had a double lung transplant about a year ago I am pretty sure once they found lungs that were a match they did the surgery right away! It’s very hard to find lungs that are a match!

I highly doubt she would be running if she needed a double lung transplant.

That’s major bs. The 2 people I’ve know who have had major organ transplants, one of them being a double lung transplant due to CF, found out hours before it happened. It’s not something you schedule over a month in advance.

If she in fact needs one, I doubt she would be high enough on the donor list to receive one before tons of others that have CF or other issues. She would not be running, and she would have the surgery before Oct 30th if she had a set of lungs already waiting. They don’t freeze organs. Sounds like bullshit. Everything she claimed to have happened to her and her family is normal for people that are compulsive liars.

Don’t transplants have to be done within like... hours? You can’t plan for someone to do on October 30th yeah she’s probably lying.

There's absolutely no way that's possible.  Typically with any kind of organ transplant, it has to be done very quickly.  If that was possible,  I would think a lot more people could get the organ donations they need.  So I'm gonna have to say no on that one.
Is she asking for money or is she just looking for attention and an 'oh you poor thing'?
