When do babies stop wanting all the mommy cuddles?

My 2.5 yo loves to cuddle....with daddy 😞
I only get cuddles if she wants them and he isn't home. I try to find peace in the fact that the person the child cuddles sparingly with is the person who's relationship they are most secure in. They feel comfortable exploring their independence in that relationship because they know, if they needed to come back that person would definitely be there. But it still hurts when she picks daddy over me. 
She just ran in the room to cuddle with me. 💜💜

My 2 year old son is still a cuddle bug and he randomly walks up to me and my husband and gives us kisses. He has always been a cuddler. Recently we stopped our bedtime rocking and cuddling so we noticed he does more cuddles throughout the day. We call him our “moochie boy”. Since he smoochies us all day

my 2 year old wont even let me kiss his cheek. he will tilt his head down so i can kiss the top of his head. the only time he "wants" cuddles is when he wants milk or something lol. my 5 year old is always down for cuddles. hes a total love bug

My son is 14 months and it’s impossible to get him to sit still to cuddle once in a while he will come give me a fast hug and kiss and if he’s sleeping I can sometimes snuggle him unless he gets mad because he likes to move in his sleep I miss when he was a little baby and I got to hold him all the time
