BV for 2 months

I’ve had BV for almost 2 months and now I’m starting to worry I really won’t be able to have kids because ive had it for this long. I drank the pills but missed one last time and so it didn’t go away ... then they gave me more but I got sick and on day 3 I couldn’t hold down the pills bc I was throwing up. So now I’m going to ask them for the gel instead. Those pills taste horrible and I’m tired of drinking them. Has anyone tried flagyl in gel form ?
