High testosterone levels

I recently went for my first fertility appointment. The provider found 9-10 follicle blocked. She believes have PCOS due to thicken follicles. She decided to send me for a few blood test. Of course my pregnancy test came back negative. I don’t ovulate when I should or have regular periods. The one test came back with high testosterone in my system. The number on the test was 69.8. Does anyone else have this problem? If so, what do you take, does it help you? I’m getting frustrated with everything. We want our child to have a sibling.
