Cramping and back pain normal?

Hey guys! I’m only 4 weeks and 3 days but I’ve been having on and off cramps and lower back pain? I haven’t bled at all so I know that good. Just wanted to see if anyone else had these symptoms and if they’re normal to have.

My lower back is killing me! I’m 11 weeks 2 days and it started at 4 weeks. All I can do is sit to help with the pain. Good luck 🍀

Yep totally normal. When I was around 8 weeks I ran a poll in the general pregnancy group, and 85% of people said they were having cramping!
