Labor?

So for the past 4 days I’ve been having constant gas/period pains/cramps. They have been non stop. They do calm down when I take a bath but as soon as I’m out they come right back. Im 38 weeks and was 2 centimeters and 50% effaced last week. I wouldn’t say they are enough to make me want to cry, but definitely uncomfortable to the point that I was bent over a chair trying to rock them away last night. I don’t want to go in and get checked for no reason but I also never experienced this with my first child as I was induced.
