Omg tell me this is an ingrown hair!!

I have been shaving a lot down there. It’s on the top part of my private like near my stomach and c section scar! I’m freaking out! It feels like a lump. And it looks like there is blood underneath. Please help! I’m freaking out! I know it’s weird looking sorry! Help me has anyone else had one of these!?
