I found out yesterday that my bf of 3 years has been cheating on me and my anxiety has been through the roof. Not only that I can’t eat anything... anytime I try to eat I just vomit everything right back up. I don’t know what to do. This has been going on since I found out

It’s anxiety and stress. When I get that way I can’t tolerate more than a few spoonfuls of plain oatmeal and yogurt for the entire day

I guarantee you'll be calmer and be able to eat. 
I used to be that way, and that helped me pull my head out of my ass.
