Implantation bleeding?

So I had a positive opk the 10th and last night after me and my bf had sex i went to go pee and when i wiped there was light pink on the toilet paper and some small blood spots and I've never had that happen after sex before... We weren't having rough sex so i don't think it was from that... Could it be implantation bleeding this late or something else... Haven't had anymore since..
