I’ll be 5 weeks and 4 days when I go for my annual papsmear appointment. 
Should I call them and let them know or should I just tell the obgyn when I get there? 
What should I expect to happen at that visit? Blood work to confirm?

I would call them so they can fix the visit type. The same thing happened to me. I was at 5+5 days at my appointment and they added a transvaginal US and a urine. She also educated me on foods/medication to avoid, and answered my questions regarding workouts and continued calorie counting.

I’d call and tell them yourepregnant and ask if they want you to still come in that day or come in later on for your first prenatal appt. ache my first prenatal appt they did an abdominal ultrasound, blood work, urine test, and Pap smear.
