Weird Discharge

So for about 3-4 weeks now I’ve had this discharge in my panties and I don’t exactly know what this type of discharge could mean? Any ideas? I feel like I might have an infection but I’m not sure.

UPDATE: So it turns out I actually had Chlamydia... Yikes... but I’ve taken medication for it and I’m scheduled for another meeting with my Ob/Gyn in about 2 weeks 😫🤦🏽‍♀️
