With PCOS

Menstrual cycle been ranging from 30 days to max of 48 days in the past 2 years TTC

Was overseas for business trip, didn’t do any BBT reading from 9th to 14th.

No sign of AF other than light brownish (very faint instead) spotted on my panties every few days; been feeling wet down there for the past few days; nipples feeling sensitive and when touched (hurts!).

Took a pregnancy test but BFN (not first morning stream).

Thinking ovulation could have happened on 5th Sept. BBT been on the higher reading but I’m also feeling not well for the past few days.

Don’t wanna to for ultrasound straight.

If I follow the reading correctly - there is a possibility if one been on high BBT 18 days consecutively after OD.
