Has anyone heard of having nose bleeds as an early pregnancy symptom. AF is due tomorrow and was outside talking to friends, and out of no where my nose started bleeding. I haven’t had a nose bleed in probably a year or so. I didn’t think anything of it, but I just googled it and I’m surprisingly hearing from a lot of people that it could be an early symptom.
