2 days late and bfn

every month I get stressed because I can feel my period coming cause I'll get backache and cramping with sore nipples and then I get my period. this month i decided to let it go and not worry about it and i just happened to check glo cause I got a notification and it says I'm 2 days late. I just tested and got bfn. last week I had watery and creamy cm when usually I'm dry after ovulation. I'm so confused and trying not to get my hope up.
