Side is sore:/

I am 7 weeks and 5 days i been to teo diff types of ER for my side pain. And they said it was not ectopic. Instarted to get this at 5weeks. It is only on my right side it feela like a after affect if someone punch my lower back but up near the ribs its just sore and it achs, and their would be pressure near my pelvic area on the right side. If i cough or somthing. Idk how
