Tracking ovulation while breastfeeding- no period
Hi! How do I track ovulation on Glow if i haven’t had my period yet after giving birth? My son was born 7-8-18.
I’m pretty positive I ovulated the week of the 12th (light cramping, low milk supply and thicker mucus).
I would like to post this but don’t know how!
