My Breasts Are Tingling

So I don’t know how to explain this too well but every once in a while I feel a weird tingling feeling in my breast that kind of hurts in a weird way. I have to smush my breasts with my arms to suppress the pain. It’s throughout them like nerves I guess but it feels like a pain that shouldn’t come from a body. It’s like a small shock. Has this happened to anyone? Does any know what it means?
