Help needed with personal questions😔

Any time i go to the bathroom there is always a huge moist circle in my underwear and I wouldnt be sexually aroused why is this happening?

Also I had my period a few weeks ago and i am getting brown creamy thick discharge it has no scent or anything. I know this happens when the body is removing old blood but i had my period earlier this month and its still happening anyone knows why ?

Also I went to the bathroom and there was blood after I peed almost as if my period came back on, I keep getting these sudden urges to pee it doesnt burn or hurt but can anyone say why this might be happening ?
