I tend to have pretty bad pain in my abdomen during ovulation, sometimes it hurts so bad I can’t walk. I’m 17, and I have been to a gyno before but never had a physical exam. I don’t know if this is something I should be concerned about. I know severe pain can’t be a good sign, but I really want to hear the opinion of others as well.

Edit: I also have a family history of endometriosis (mother, sister, aunt, grandmother) and most of my intermediate female family members have dealt with multiple ovarian cysts
