I had my baby 2 days ago, and my milk came in last night. All day I’ve been feeding him when needed but also pumping in between to help the hardness and swelling. My friend told me I shouldn’t over pump cause then my body will produce more milk than needed. I believe her now. I fed my baby an hour ago and my breast are severely engorged. I don’t want to over pump. I have another hour or 2 till I feed again but I’m dying. I’ve tried cold compresses and it’s not helping. I’m a lost first time mom 😫😭
