Kids close in age

Any mommies out there who have kids 2yrs apart or closer in age? I am pregnant with our second baby and my son will turn 2 a month before this one's due date. I'm 24 and a SAHM. Looking for buddies and/or advice on how to prepare ds for the new baby and dealing with kids close in age!
