Late ovulation=late period?

Hi guys, I have reason to believe I may have ovulated late. Does this naturally mean AF will show up late as well? I am technically 16 days late on my period but am starting to wonder if it's due to ovulation.

Late and spotty or no period means you probably didn't ovulate. Having this happen once a year or so is totally normal.

If it's a frequent issue you'll want to ask your dr about pcos.
