So effing fed up!!

My Luteal phase is so jacked up! I had Nexplanon for 9 years, had it taken out in April. And it's not been right since. 8 days here, 10 days there, hell I didnt get a period in July either, then 6 days, and 9 days etc. Thinking about either Vitex or B6.. Any experiences? Anyone?
