Menstrual cup
Ladies, the menstrual cup is honestly the best thing I’ve ever bought. I haven’t used a tampon or pad in a year. Although, when I first started using it it did hurt a little bit just because I hadn’t gotten used to inserting it in, but I LOVE IT. Maybe the only downside is that you DO HAVE to take it out with your hands and clean it once it fills up which can get messy but you’ll end up washing your hands regardless! 😇 I got mine at Whole Foods
