can someone help me with this?

i ordered sushi to my house from door dash. last time i ordered spicy tuna roll with a side of miso soup (that comes with it) that was only 3.75 because of lunch hours.

it came with a lot, more than 6.

i ordered the california roll this time with miso soup that comes with it and i only got 6 and no miso soup. is it because the california roll has more content in them? i’m very confused. (i contacted but i want to make sure i don’t make this mistake again).
