How long after you stop nursing did it take you to dry up and have your breasts feel normal again. Been a week and one breast is back to normal feeling with barely any letdown anymore, while the other is still quite firm and sore but not leaking much. Haven't expressed or pumped it since Wednesday and finally did a bit of hand expression today to release the pressure. I know the more you express the longer it takes. Also taking Sudafed for my cold anyways and drinking no more milk tea. Its the lower producing side too which has me confused lol.
