Pregnant after Nexplanon Removal?

Okay so I had my nexplanon removed last thursday and a negative pregnancy test. I have a three year old now. I decided to have my nexplanon removed because i FELT Pregnant. i mean, nausea, vomiting, bloating, and a very distinct implantation pain i felt with my first. My pregnancy test did come back negative but I am SWEARING THAT I AM PREGNANT. More showing or bloating, more nausea and even my pee smells different. All symptoms i had with my first. You definitely never forget any of those. Should I go back in two weeks and demand a blood test? Am I imagining all of this?
