Postpartum weight loss

Hubby & I just had our second baby boy on 8/11, totally normal pregnancy & delivery. I was about 145-150 before I got pregnant & I only got to 177 by the time I gave birth which was amazing considering my first boy I was literally 199lbs and was so thankful I didn’t see 200 lol. Anyways the first few weeks after having baby I dropped to 157 & was like sweet! But now I’m back up to 163-166 depending on the day. However I did just start by period yesterday so maybe that has something to do with it? I have been on maternity leave so I have just been at home taking care of my babies, but I was working up until a day or two before I gave birth. I just started work yesterday again. Wondering if there was any weight loss secrets other than exercise(not my fav). Hoping once I get back to my normal work schedule I’ll start losing some more weight but kind of wanting to try some weight loss pills or something! Don’t want to keep this weight on for too long! Thanks mamas!
