Okay, I got my first ultrasound ever today and I'm wondering if anyone of you experienced ladies can help me out. What is that white dot/mass at the top of my endometrium lining? When I try to find pictures online it looks very similar to what an embryo transfer looks like with <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>. The sonographer measured the white dot but my gyno said everything looked normal (except for diagnosing me with pcos based on how my follicles looked like with no cysts and prescribing me metformin). I meant to ask my gyno what it was but I sensed she wanted me to hurry and leave. Any help would be so appreciated!
