Hey All!

So I’m losing weight and it’s helping regulate my hormones so much so that the only PCOS symptom that I have now is irregular periods(yay). And they’ve started to come more on their own lately as well.

Anyways, I was told that the PCOS causes my breast not to grow during puberty because I started having the hormonal imbalance when I was like 16. (Prior to that my hormones were normal and my period was consistent, so my endocrinologist says I may not have ever had PCOS, but the weight gain I experienced threw my hormones off, but I was still diagnosed with it, so 🤷🏽‍♀️

I mentioned that because as I lose weight my breast seem to be getting more full. Anybody else experience that? If so, I’ll just continue exercising and trying to increase my female hormones instead of getting implants like I planned 😩 Also if anyone with PCOS also feels self conscious about small breast, did your breast size increase when you started treating your imbalance?

I’m not pregnant btw. At least I hope not right now lol
