How did some of you control your hunger?
Hi everyone,
i am having A LOT of trouble controlling my hunger. i do try to eat healthy like by making smoothies, not eating bread or sweets, and drinking plenty of water. however I’m like hungry every hour and I don’t want to have a high risk pregnancy. I’m so scared this will stay like that throughout my whole pregnancy. can someone please advice me?! 😢😢 i cry every time i’m eating because i start feeling so ugly and fat 😭
