I’m in Cali and he’s in Oklahoma

The age to drink and buy/use Tobacco products for Cali is 21 years old

The age to drink in Oklahoma is 21 (I think) but the age to buy/ use tobacco products is 18

Okay so

Me and my SO are in a LDR (long distance relationship) at the moment. I’d drink at a party with my family or have a glass of wine at dinner when we weren’t in a LDR. Not very often imo. He hates me drinking but would occasionally have a beer or two himself. We said we wouldn’t drink until we lived together again. I had literally one sip of wine tonight because I was doing something religious and I told him this before it happened and he didn’t care.

He got mad at me and he says he doesn’t like me drinking because I’m only 19 but he’s been asking people to buy his tobacco since he started (he’s started young, not even a teenager)

I’m not dependent on wine and I don’t drink very often, probably once a week (if that). He has smokeless tobacco that goes in between his lip and teeth called dip and goes through a can very two days. He’s promised to try to stop so many times but he hasn’t even tried
