Any women have IUI done last Thursday, 7/30? Who's in their TWW??

This is our first IUI after 5 years of infertility (damn you PCOS!). Two rounds of Femara this cycle (both at 7.5mg😓), trigger shot, and now on progesterone. One follicle at 21mm. I'm 4dpiui, trying to be calm, making homemade meals, eating pineapple, and knitting baby socks. ☺️ The night of IUI I had crazy cramping. Not necessarily painful but almost feeling like my ovaries were swollen. Never experienced that when I'm ovulating! Pressure has gone down but I am still aware of it at times. Anyone else experienced that after IUI? How's your TWW going for those in it?? Anything you're doing in particular to pass the time?
