Post partum poo 😭

So picture the scene. 2 girls under 18 months who tag team the night perfectly meaning no sleep for me.

They both get to sleep, I lay down, shut my eyes and then the feeling hits.

I.

Need.

A.

Poo.

Now this is not just any poo. The first poo since labour, the first poo, since I got stitched back up again and pushed a fully grown human out my vagina.

THE BIG ONE.

I'm sat here and the pressure is building I'm trying not to push as pushing will only bring back sore memories of labour and is not something I want to relive.

And, after 10 long minutes of scrolling through Facebook, Instagram and glow to pass the time. I feel it. This mumma has done it. I HAVE POOED!

God. Isn't it amazing how much motherhood and labour changes you? Like seriously. I never thought I would want to celebrate me pooing or even want to share my story of my poo, but yet here I am. Remember ladies. The first poo isn't always as bad as it seems 😂😂
