Help me

Hey I’m emotional tonight and need help! I am 20 years old and feel like I have nothing figured out compared to everyone else. I got good grades in high school and graduated but am having a really hard time picking a career and a path to go on.. I have no interests or hobbies. All I do is go to work as a manager at a food place and go home to my parents house. I feel like I’m going to go nowhere with my life and it’s so hard for me because I have the grades to do whatever I want and my parents will send me as well I just have no clue what to do... help
