It hurts when i poop.
Ok this might be tmi but for the last week it hurts when i poop. Whenever i poop it kinda burns like if i have a cut and when i wipe there is some spots of blood. Sometimes when i pee and my pee happens to touch the area it burns. I tooken a look downe there and i dont see anything. But when i spead my cheeks it hurts. Not sure what it is. Any help? Tips?
