Depends how supportive the bra is. Plus on how much support you need. When I was smaller chested, I didn’t need that much support. Now that I’m older had 4 kids and wear a 34DD I wear both. I need the support. The more the better.

I used to but I’ve bought some supportive sport bras that leaves my puppies in place when I work out so no need for an extra bra

I'll wear a sports bra in public or to replace a regular shirt but when I wear a baggy shirt I don't wear one at all.
